The building at what would be 105 S. Main St is now the conference room for the Bentonville Convention & Visitor Bureau. This building was built pre-1890s, and for most of its life it was an attached part of a store front at 106 E. Central. Up until the 1930s, this was the address to this part of the store. During this time this was used for hay and feed for a grocery store on Central. In the 1930s, this became the Whitlock Insurance Agency and was located there until the 1960s . At some time the convention bureau expand their space into this building.
