207 W. Central - (Jackson House)  is a 2-1/2 story wood frame house done in the Queen Anne style. The house was built around 1902. The 1904 Benton County Atlas shows a photo of this home under construction. It says it was being built for G. P. Jackson. Many of the original elements of the house remain. The house was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
