​606 W. Central - The Linebarger House was built in 1920 by one of the Linebarger brothers who developed Bella Vista in the early 1900s. The house was featured in "House Beautiful" in the 1930s. This is one of the most elaborate Bungalow Craftsman style houses in Bentonville.
